Refunds or Exchange
Alex Loves Homewares will provide a full refund or exchange when an item is not up to selling standards.
Refund or exchange will NOT be provided when -
- Customer has changed their mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided they did not like the purchase or had no use for it
- Misused a product in any way that caused the problem
- It's a Clearance item
- Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what they wanted
Refunds
To be refunded email info@magnoliakitchens.com.au with your Order No # and a photo of the item - once accepted the refund will be paid to the same payment method with which the original order was placed.
Exchanges
To exchange your item email info@magnoliakitchens.com.au with your Order No # and a photo of the item - once accepted a replacement item will be sent our Or if item is sold out a store credit will be issued.
